A world-wide intergalactic war has split the universe into seven factions, all of which are led by powerful and ruthless commanders. Yordan Yoh, an alien commander, rules over the Harmony Galaxy. Littner and her family are living in a New Type city near the galaxy's capital city. One day, Littner is approached by Zoan, a member of a Galaxy League, who is intent on eradicating humanity.
